ADMISSION POLICY

TRADE DAYS (18-20 SEPTEMBER 2024)

  • Online Registration: Visitors can register online via desktop and mobile devices. Pre-registration is highly recommended for a smooth entry process.
  • Eligibility: The exhibition is open to trade and business visitors only with a valid trade pass.
  • Restricted Access: Individuals under 18 years of age and the general public are not permitted entry during Trade Days.
  • Dress Code: All visitors must adhere to the following dress code:
    • Business attire
    • No shorts, bermudas, sleeveless shirts, singlets, slippers, sandals, or flip-flops.

PUBLIC DAY (21 SEPTEMBER 2024)

  • General Admission: The exhibition is open to public visitors. Public Day ticket can be purchased online only on Loket.com.
  • Ticketing: Admission is chargeable for individuals aged 6 to 65 years. Children under 6 and seniors over 65 may enter free of charge.
  • Dress Code: No slippers, sandals, or flip-flops are allowed.
  • Right of Admission: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without providing a reason.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited at Bali Airshow 2024 (18-21 September 2024):

  • Air horns / noise makers
  • Air pistol / rifle or parts
  • Antique pistols / guns
  • Sharp items that can be used as weapons
  • Balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees, or flying disks
  • Batons / T-batons
  • Bearing scrappers
  • Bulletproof vests
  • Canned items
  • Crossbows
  • Drones
  • Explosives / blasting caps / dynamite / corrosive substances
  • Fireworks / crackers
  • Firearms or parts of firearms, including empty magazines and spent cartridges (with percussion cap attached)
  • Handcuffs
  • Helium balloons
  • Industrial acids
  • Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • Key chains in the shape of bullets, guns, swords, or knives
  • Kites
  • Kirpans Knuckle dusters
  • Large chains, chained mallets, or spiked jewellery
  • Laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
  • Lighters in the shape of guns, pistols, bullets, or grenades
  • Live bullets / blanks
  • Nightsticks
  • Nunchakus
  • Parangs / machetes
  • Personal mobility devices (bicycles, booster boards, scooters, skateboards, unicycles, etc.)
  • Poles or totems
  • Signal flares and other flammable materials
  • Sky lanterns
  • Spear guns
  • Paint of all types (including spray paint)
  • Stun guns
  • Tear gas spray / pepper spray
  • Toy guns resembling actual guns
  • Walking sticks with daggers
  • Water guns and squirt guns
  • Wooden / metal spears
  • Banners with offensive content
  • Drone Usage: Strictly no drone usage allowed for photography and videography.
  • Camera Mounting: Strictly no mounting of any camera for time-lapse recording.
  • Personal Mobility Devices: All personal mobility devices (PMDs) are not allowed at any time in Bali Airshow. This includes, but is not limited to, the identified devices listed below.
